- Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard U.S. shipping.
Total Estimate: You can expect your package roughly 8–12 business days after your order is placed.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order leaves our U.S. warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey directly to your door.

What Happens if My Order Is Late?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days of your purchase, please first check the tracking link in your email for any carrier updates. If you’re concerned or see no movement, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’ll make sure your order gets sorted.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
We know you might be ordering your bodysuit or activewear for a special event! Because our total delivery window is 8–12 business days, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance to allow for any unexpected carrier delays.
Please note that while we work hard to deliver your items as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Thank you for shopping at Trenzyco! We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange — subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Original packaging and SKU label must be included.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Bodysuits
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will send return instructions. Please pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear (depending on your bank).
Note: Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take clear photos showing the issue.
- Email the photos to support@trenzyco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund. Return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
7. Exchanges
If you want a different size or product, contact us with your order number and requested exchange. Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns. Return shipping for exchanges may be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started. If you need assistance, email support@trenzyco.com as soon as possible, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
