1. Sizing & Fit Information

Accurate sizing is essential for bodysuits and swimwear. Each product page includes a detailed size chart.

We strongly recommend reviewing these size charts carefully before placing your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Vendor Restrictions)

For hygiene and safety reasons — and in accordance with our supplier’s return guidelines — the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear

This policy ensures customer safety and follows supplier compliance requirements.

3. Return Eligibility for Other Clothing Items

Eligible clothing items (excluding non-returnable categories) may be returned only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is shipped back within 7 days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Items with Sizing Errors (Supplier Mistake)

If you ordered the correct size according to our size chart but received an item with incorrect measurements or labeling, please contact us immediately.

Provide clear photos showing the size discrepancy. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will verify and provide a suitable resolution.

Return shipping is covered by us only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
